What is Reflexology?

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a traditional treatment that will calm, relax and rejuvenate the body physically and mentally. It combines traditional head massage movements and neck, shoulders and arms massage. It begins with techniques to reduce muscle tension in the upper back, neck and arms. Followed by traditional Indian head techniques to the scalp, which invigorates. Next are the pressure points of the face and ears. Towards the end, energy work is done to balance the fifth, sixth and seventh chakras.
Indian Head Massage is traditionally performed seated in a chair, but we have adapted it to the comfort of our heated table. An optional Ayurvedic Hair Oil can be added at the end of the treatment. It is gently massaged on the scalp to add softness and shine.
